Gecko heat.wav heater for in.xe and Y series

The heat.wav heater from Aeware by Gecko is available in 2 kW, 3 kW and 4 kW versions. It is installed on many of the brand's control systems: in.ye-3, in.ye-5, in.yt-7 and in.xe systems.

The 4 kW version is no longer manufactured by Gecko, but can be perfectly replaced by HydroQuip model 26-101435-5S-K.

With no pressure switch, the heat-wav features Gecko's integrated in.flo dry-fire protection, as well as a temperature sensor.

If necessary - and if the warranty has expired - you can replace the element (2 kW, 3 kW) by removing the fixing nuts and self-locking washers and cutting the copper cables. Two 6 mm² wires and four eyelet terminals (not provided) are required. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
