Sundance MicroClean filter

To make your spa water even more sparkling, the MicroClean filter catches particles measuring only one micron (one thousandth of a millimeter), which is thirty times smaller than a pleated hot tub filter. It is normally alongside a PSD85-2002 filter, using a special adapter.

The disadvantage of a micro-filter is that it cannot be cleaned, and its lifespan is therefore relatively short (between 1 and 4 months, depending on usage). If you would prefer a washable filter, replace both component of the system with a single PSD125-2000.
