These general terms and conditions apply if you are a private individual and if the parts you order from Tubs Parts are intended for your own use. In any other case, please us to learn about the applicable terms of sale.

You have a 180-day withdrawal period, except in the exceptional case of a custom-made spa cover that has been specifically manufactured for you. Please return the purchased product in new condition and in its original packaging, and we will refund your purchase.
We apply the legal warranty or warranties in force in the country of delivery, including the legal conformity warranty and the warranty against hidden defects where applicable. Tubs Parts also offers you a two-year commercial warranty, regardless of your country of delivery. To claim these warranties, please contact us by email at aide@tubs.parts. Tubs Parts does not apply late penalties or fixed compensation per invoice.
